Naked Layouts Challenge #116

Hey everyone!

OMG!! With JaKobe getting so sick this past week and work and life itself time totally got away from me and before I realized it, it was time for another challenge at Lasting Memories!! Holy cow I have to get it together!! So as you can see my LO is late, the challenge started yesterday!

Your challenge is to make a NAKED layout!! That's right, you saw that right....naked!!

I made a layout that is not like my usual work. When they say challenge they are not kidding! This one had me stumped and I had a hard time pulling this together. Inside the envelope is a letter I wrote to my son. Hopefully one day he will be looking through his scrapbook and he will find this letter I wrote to him.

While I was writing this letter, my son was drawing a picture for me, so I put that into the envelope as well!!

Sorry for the glare! Was in a rush to get this posted.

So go check out the rest of the Design Team, get inspired and link up your Naked Layout by 12.1.12!

xoxo Charity

such a good idea Charity!! I need to do this for my kiddos. And Hey... welcome back to LM... the beauty of it is... if you are late... it's A-Ok. I have told Karen that because of the "Non-Pressure" to post, it makes one want to post as soon as they can. It keeps the fun in all of it! That's the whole idea.. .right?? :)

Such a lovely idea writing a letter to your son and enclosing his hand-drawn picture in there too.

I love hidden journalling on layouts, and this is even better!

Hi Charity,
First Happy Birthday! Second your letter idea is awesome!!! I did one for my son when we adopted him and he gets it out all of the time. And putting your son's drawing in there is just too perfect!
