I wanted to get a quick card in. Just cause October is known for Halloween, there's still B-Days in there and I wanted to have a card on hand. This ghost was cut on my Cricut last year for halloween decorations, so right now I don't remember where the SVG came from but I will try to find out for you. The paper is from Joanns and guess what?! It was an 6 (yep, I just typed an 6) pack of halloween paper for $1!!!!! No joke!! So of course I grabbed some! Some of the paper was filled with strips of different designs so I just cut and layered them.
I went over each spider with Gelly Roll Clear Stardust to give them some glitter. The purple strip is punched with Martha Stewart's Drippy Goo border punch. 'Trick or Treat' is embossed in purple and I added purple googly eyes and popped him up (surprise surprise!).
I wrote on the inside 'How about a treat?' and made a pocket to hold these.....
OMG how adorable are these??!!!! They fit perfectly inside the pocket for a nice gift! I purchased these from Denise at http://www.etsy.com/people/IndianBeauty for $12 - hand-sewn! You have to check her out!
Well I hope this inspires you to get your scrap on! Thanks for stopping by!!
xoxo Charity
