Time to wind down

Hello everyone!!

I have been crazy busy with the craft shows lately. My last one was this past Saturday. They are a lot of fun and really help bring in some extra funds for my rescue kitties. At the same time, I am thankful they are over for now! I need a break!

Now, I need some inspiration on what to do next. Everything I make and sell at the shows is small giftables. I need to get back into the swing of things of crafting. I just don't know where to start off!

How do you guys get back into the crafting mood? Leave me some ideas!

Craft Shows are so much fun!!

Do you like going to craft shows? Do you sell at craft shows?

I like doing craft shows around Christmas since most of the items I make are little giftables. I recently had a request to make baby shower favors. I make and sell little teapot favors and she saw them last weekend at that the show. She asked if I could do little onesies instead of teapots. I said of course!! So now I'm thinking of extending what I make and offering favors on my Etsy shop. Here's a few pics of my table at some of the shows and some of the items I make. Lost Mini Album - Never know what you'll find!!

Hey everyone!!

I was recently cleaning out a closet in one of my spare bedrooms and came across a box labeled 'Mini Albums'. WHAT??!! Where did this come from??!!

Have you ever done this before? Go on a cleaning/purging spree, box things up, throw things away, store things in various areas of the house, then go on with your life? Only to find things at a way later date like it's Christmas?! Please tell me I'm not the only one! lol

I pulled this box out and frantically ripped it open----ok...carefully ripped it open because I didn't want to tear anything inside----to find a bunch of mini albums and various things I made a long time ago.

I vaguely remember making this album. Let me know what you think of it. I was thinking about putting it up for sale for someone else to enjoy it. Since I obviously completely forgot I even had it! What would you sell it for...or better yet....what would you pay for it?

School-themed Decorative Boxes

Remember those paper mache boxes I bought? I posted some of the Halloween ones I made. So here are some school-themed ones I did!

Halloween Box Sets

Hey Everyone!!

So, there is a craft store called Pat Catan's that are closing in our area. I picked up 12 sets of these for $3.00! They are only 0.25 cents each and each set has 3 different sizes. I couldn't believe it and had to get some to see what I could do with them. 

I have 2 events I need to make and sell things for. One is for our upcoming fundraiser for our shelter. I need to make things for their silent auction. The second is for craft fairs I have coming up throughout the rest of the year. 

This is what they look like out of the packaging.....

I started by picking out papers and black ink for Halloween. I inked the edges of the boxes and lids. 

I measured the top of the lid, the four sides of the lid, and the four sides of the box. I cut the paper to size, inked the edges, and glued them on!

I did an assembly line with the cutting and inking. This made them work up so quickly and easily!

I am going to do some Christmas and non-holiday ones also. I'll post those when I get some done.

As many of you know, I am kind of the single, crazy, cat lady! I currently have 17 - yes, seventeen! - rescues that I call my own. To top it off, they are all indoor and some with special needs! So I'm sure you can only imagine how expensive things get around here. Not only the feeding, litter, and daily maintenance, but the vet bills getting them spayed/neutered and healthy, all add up greatly!

I have decided to purge some of my crafting supplies!! There are also items that I have made myself to help raise some funds for these rescues. Crafting Sale!!!

Hello everyone!!

I used Graphic 45 Mother Goose 12"x 12" paper pad. Graphic 45 paper pads are my FAVORITE for making mini albums and altered goodies!!💜💜
